I’m currently a PhD student in Actuarial and Risk Management Sciences at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). I’m passionate in research of the applications of Machine Learning (ML) and other emerging Data Science (DS) techniques to address real-life problems in insurance industry. I have broad interest in topics like Automated Machine Learning (AutoML), Imbalanced learning, Federated Learning (FL), and Algorithm Bias and Fairness.
